
Mechanical Stabilization Plant
This system prepares the mechanical materials used in road substructure and is applied in all types of road construction and airport runway projects. Cement-based applications can optionally be integrated into the system.
The mechanical stabilization plant operates as a continuous system. The system consists of material feeding silos, a belt conveyor group, mixer, loading silo, compressor, water pump, and control panel with cabin. The mixer blends the aggregate fed by the belt conveyor with water and transfers the mixture to the loading silo via a conveyor located beneath the mixer. Discharge from the loading silo is carried out using pneumatic and mechanical systems.
