Drummix
DRUMMIX mobile asphalt plants are systems that can be quickly transported to the desired location and start production rapidly. They provide energy savings and operational convenience.
With its ergonomic design and capability to produce precise and consistent output, it ensures high-quality and fast production.
It is a new-generation mobile asphalt plant that can be easily set up and commissioned on-site, equipped with highway-towable components.

DRYER AND MIXING DRUM
The dryer drum is equipped with a special waterfall arrangement to pass the material through a stream of hot air. Bitumen and filler are added in the mixing section. The dryer rotation system consists of 4 separate drums, each driven by an individual gearmotor. As part of the new generation design, the system is integrated into automatic control with speed control devices.
BITUMEN SYSTEM
The heating method—electric, thermal oil, or flame tube—is selected by the customer. All configurations are trailer type and can be installed and commissioned on-site in a short time.
All pipelines are heated, and bitumen quantity is automatically controlled via a mass flow meter.
TRUCK LOADING CHAIN ELEVATOR
The mixed material is transferred by a drag chain conveyor directly for truck loading. The pneumatic-valve stock hopper provides sufficient time for uninterrupted truck filling.
WET TYPE DUST COLLECTOR
Where emission regulations are less strict, a wet collector can be offered as an option. Coarse dust is passed through a water spray and then through a cyclone with finer dust particles. The collected residue is sent to a collection pit.
OPTIONAL DRY TYPE DUST COLLECTOR
In cases where environmental legislation requires, dust-laden air can be filtered through fabric (Nomex) bags. An exhaust fan mounted on the main chassis draws air through specially designed fabric filter bags. The collected dust (filler) is returned to the mixing section of the drum.
